Who can use it: New Alibaba Cloud account; Model Studio activated in the Singapore region with the International deployment scope.
Expiration: 90 days after activation, or when the model is retired.

The catch

Quota is per model and cannot be shared or moved. It covers real-time inference only — batch jobs, fine-tuning, deployments, PAI-DSW and OSS storage are excluded. When it runs out, billing switches to pay-as-you-go unless Free Quota Only was enabled in advance.
